Leading the cross-functional Discovery team, she developed groundbreaking product concepts and launched cutting-edge digital platforms. She spearheaded the launch of Tiniest Biome, a microbiome app and test kit, collaborating with teams from Hungary, Canada, and the USA. This project demonstrated her expertise in managing complex operations, sourcing designs, and ensuring smooth logistics from development to distribution.
That road also led to a time when Megan worked extensively on celebrity brands. She developed and launched products for high-profile clients, including Snoop Dogg, Michael Strahan, Deion Sanders, and the Bella Twins. Megan’s work is all about understanding the client’s vision and making it a reality with creativity and strategic insight.
Currently, Megan serves as the Director of Global Marketing at Mario Badescu Skin Care Inc., where she unifies the brand voice and strategy globally. Her experience includes leading teams at TerraCycle, Annie International, Londontown USA, and Cosmax USA, developing innovative product concepts, launching digital platforms, and managing brand strategies. Megan holds a Master’s from Parsons School of Design and a Bachelor’s in Global Business Marketing from Rutgers University.
